1. Returns Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original condition, with at least 95% of the fragrance liquid remaining.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any seals or wrapping.

Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return or refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Please retain proof of shipment until the return process is complete.

4. Final-Sale / Discounted Items

Products purchased during promotions, clearance, or discounted via codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion.

Samples, testers, and gift card items are likewise exempt from refunds or returns.

5. Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, we will issue store credit (or refund as per your preference and company policy) to the original payment method or your account, as applicable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after approval.

6. Exchanges

For an exchange, please initiate the return of the original item under the above terms, and place a new order for your desired product.

Whenever possible, we will process your request promptly to avoid unnecessary wait time.

7. Why Returns Are Limited

As a luxury fragrance brand committed to premium ingredients and small-batch production, we must enforce these guidelines to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene. We appreciate your understanding.

Your order number

Reason for return

Preferred resolution (refund, exchange or store credit)
We will reply with instructions and the return shipping address.
