At Ameerah Perfumes, we are dedicated to crafting exceptional olfactory experiences for you. If for any reason your fragrance doesn’t quite meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange under the guidelines below.

1. Returns Window

You must submit a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for return:

The item must be unused and undamaged, with at least 95% of the original liquid still present.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective seals, boxes or gift wrapping.

3. Shipping & Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

4. Final-Sale Items

Any items purchased on promotional discount, clearance, or marked “final sale” are not eligible for refund.

These items may be eligible for store-credit or exchange at our discretion.

5. Examination & Refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions.

If approved, you will receive a store credit to use on your next purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account after inspection.

6. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange, please return the original item per above, then place a new order for the replacement item.

We will issue store credit for the original item (after inspection) which you can apply to the new order.

7. Why Returns Are Limited

As a luxury fragrance brand committed to high-quality formulations and small-batch production, we are unable to accept returns on items that don’t meet our criteria. We appreciate your understanding.

8. How to Initiate a Return

 (or your official support email) with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with instructions and the return address.
